Vine: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc.
Taste: Ruby colour. Smooth initially with a rich strong bouquet. This wine has got typical Bordeaux characteristics, and personifies elegance and smoothness and is suggestive of the flavours and senses of the countryside.
Wine-making process: Classical wine-making in stainless steel vats. Alcohol fermentation based on specially selected yeasts. Produced with micro-oxygenation.

Vine: 70% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot.
Taste: Grown at I'le Verte, in the estuary of the Gironde, nearby Margaux. An expressive bouquet of flowers and herbs. The initial flavour is overwhelming with a solid structure. Full bodied with hints of red and black fruits, dominated by blackcurrant. A powerful and dense wine to arouse all the sensations.
Wine-making process: Wine-making in stainless steel vats. Alcohol fermentation based on specially selected yeasts.
Serving Suggestion: Red meat, casserole, game, cheese.
