Elegant and warm, this wine is a reflection of the real character of the Provence. The strength of the aromas and tannins are a perferct accompaniment for full-bodied meals typical of the Mediterranean cuisine
Wine-making process:
The grapes are picked by hand, followed by a traditional vinification process. With fermentation at a high temperature to extract the tannins. The wine is then kept in vats during a long period with maceration. 45% aged in oak barrels and 55% aged in vats to ensure a well balanced assemblage

Full-bodied meals typical of the Mediterranean cuisine
Laying down:
Ready to drink now. A potential to be followed through the following years as the tannins soften and the evolution of the aromas will seduce amateurs of natural wines. Upto 10-15 years
