CHATEAU LESPARRE is an old seigneurial house with many storehouses for barrels and a modern vathouse that allows a better quality control during the wine-making. L'ILE VERTE is a small island situated in the Gironde Estuary, just in front of Margaux. This is the fruit of the work of the monks during the XVII century, drying swamps by a draining canal network. L'Ile Verte benefits from a mild climate and from an unique soil that respect the nature, security of an exceptional wine-producing site. The main grape-variety is merlot, rich and mature, that gives a fruity flavour, concentrated and rich structure. A complete wine of pure sensations.
DOMAINE DURAND PERE ET FILLE (Grands Vins de Bourgogne) - Fixin. The vineyard is located south of Dijon. Fixin is one of the first communal Appellation controled. The grape-varieties used are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The production spreads out from Bourgogne to Gevrey-Chambertin.
