We have 2 very special Cognac available, one of 15 years old - Age d'Or, and another one of 30 years old - Royale. Alcohol percentage: 40º.

Especially the Pear and Rose flavours are an excellent base in a champagne aperitif. Pour a little amount in a champagne glass and top up with a champagne as an alternative to a Kir Royal.
