Aged on lees during four months before bottling. To be consumed during its youthful years to appreciate the freshness.

85% Chenin, 15% Chardonnay. Ground: calcareous, covered with gras.
Taste:
The Saumur Blanc has a very nice yellow colour. It relieves flowery perfumes and notes of exotic fruits. A refreshing, harmonical balanced palate. It reveals a strong intense fruitiness.
Wine-making process:
Pressing of the grapes by pneumatic presses after a light pelliculair maceration which gives the complexity of flavours in the wine cellars. The fermentation happens at low temperatures. The wine has matured 7 months before bottling.
Serving Suggestion:
Chilled (8° to 10°C), as an aperitif and ideal with seafood, shell-fish, poultry, white meat, pasta and goat cheese.
Laying down:
Drink young, gain by laying down 2-3 years.
Open before drinking:
Ready to drink immediately.

Wine-making process:
At low temperature with selected yeasts. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 6 months to complete the balance of the wine.
Serving Suggestion:
Ideal with seafood, fish, cheese. Serve between 6 and 8°C.

Taste:
A fine golden colour with a green tinge. A hint of vanilla. A round delicate body of white fruit flavours and citrus fruits. A perfect balance of fruit and a wood palate. The after taste is typical of a very good Sauvignon.
Wine-making process:
Pneumatic pressing of the last generation, maturing in new oak barrels for the alcohol and malolactic fermentation. Maturing with sediment for 9 months. Then bottling of the best batches.
Serving Suggestion:
Seafood, fish, poultry, cheese. Between 6 and 8°C.

6 years.
