Wine-making process: A bled rosé wine macerated for 20 hours. Fermentation and ageing for eight months in French and American oak barrels with stirring of the lees in the barrels
Serving Suggestion: Excellent aperitif, ideal with seafood, white meats and cheese. To be drunk between 10 and 12° C to appreciate its body
Laying down: This rosé aged in oak barrels will age with finesse (2 to 5 years)

Vine: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. South-Eastern Pomerol: well-established sand over a ferruginous subsoil.
Taste: A finely wooden nose with fruit compote scents and a hint of forest floor. Elegant and supple on the palate.
Wine-making process: The grapes are picked by hand, followed by a traditional vinification process. Fermentation for 3 to 4 weeks depending on the year. Ageing and conditioning in oak barrels.
